Additionally, in FY19, Exicom diversified its portfolio by entering the Electric Vehicles Chargers business. The company manufactures EV Chargers for residential and public charging stations within this segment, securing a substantial market share of 60% and 25% respectively. Its chargers are engineered to comply with global standards like CE and domestic standards such as those set by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI). Notably, Exicom has deployed over 61,000 EV chargers across 400 locations in India as of September 2023. Objective of the IPO
